Our experience with Elevation Design has been wonderful. I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service we received. The staff was professional, courteous and most accomodating. The communication was excellent. Their responses were always prompt; we never felt unattended. The fabrics are gorgeous and the workmanship is impeccable. My daugher’s dress is truly fabulous and exactly what we wanted. From start to finish the experience far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Elevation Design. The staff was easy to work with and created an amazing, unique design that suits our daughter perfectly. They were prompt with emails and delivery of the dress, and when we received the dress, we were blown away. The workmanship is pristine – every detail is just perfect. I am so glad we opted for them to do crystals as the placement was ideal for the design. The dress fits her perfectly, and it is the most “wow” dress we have ever had. I would like to specifically thank Claire for all her help – you were so professional and helpful from my first contact with Elevation Design right through to the finished product. I would also like to sincerely thank Jacqueline for her help and professional advice in designing Aisling’s costume and the interest you showed at fitting stage. I would also like to compliment the two ladies who fitted the dress on Aisling and carried out the alterations – they were so pleasant, professional and gentle.
Overall, we are more than happy with the beautiful costume and Aisling can’t wait to wear it!
